This is cute, but one of the rubber bands holding the hair to the larger band broke when brushing the hair. It also tangles VERY easily. For the price I was expecting higher quality
Hi, sorry to hear one of the rubbers was snapped. We try and inspect most of the hair before being packed. We have changed rubber band styles on most of the hair.

I bought this for my 3.5 yo and she adores it! It’s easy to put in and store and it looks just like Rumi, so she’s elated, but it was also a wonderful customer service experience for me.
